Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's beauty needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and education to empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive retail results by meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and skincare with an eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16 to CAD 18.80 per hour.
