Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and trending products to empower their beauty journeys
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, innovative products, and application techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance by exceeding targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, executing merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean, organized retail environment
