Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organised sales floor.
- Remain current on beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a welcoming customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or other service environments preferred.

- Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Education
