Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, products, and innovations to maintain relevance and client engagement
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
