The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, provides product advice, builds loyalty and develops knowledge of products and the perfumery and cosmetics market. This is a temporary, part-time role for the Christmas campaign in Santander.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, advise them on products and build customer loyalty.
- Understand customers’ needs and respond to them, making customer satisfaction the priority.
- Develop knowledge of products and the perfumery and cosmetics market.
Qualifications
- Experience as a beauty advisor.
- Passion for the beauty sector.
- A high level of English or other languages is an asset.
