Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Santa Clara to deliver tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, support sales goals, and maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. The permanent role offers 15–29 hours per week, with availability for peak retail periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to teamwork.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, and be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
