Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and deliver warm, personalized beauty consultations tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Recommend and demonstrate skincare, makeup and fragrance products; provide expert advice to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through effective selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product assortments, techniques and industry trends to ensure relevant client guidance.
- Support store merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to preserve an inviting retail environment.
- Adhere to Sephora policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and participating in store initiatives and trainings.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required weekly shift minimums for the role.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service (preferred but entry-level applicants considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product education; ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and merchandising tasks throughout a shift.

Entry-level role; prior retail or client-focused experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service aptitude and a strong interest in beauty accelerate success.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
