Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and product recommendations that align with each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and support key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and product merchandising.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.

Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.

- Reliable availability for a variable retail schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing retail work for extended periods.
