Sephora is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor in Santa Barbara to provide personalized consultations and product recommendations, share beauty expertise, support sales goals, and maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. The permanent role is 30–40 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $20.85–$23.98 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business and geographic factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet the required minimum weekly shifts and hours and work during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
