Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare categories to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
- Welcome clients, assess needs, provide tailored product recommendations and perform in‑store demonstrations or mini consultations.
- Proactively build client relationships and support clienteling initiatives to drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across Sephora’s brand portfolio and participate in training to deepen expertise.
- Ensure merchandising standards, stock availability and a welcoming, hygienic sales floor aligned with Sephora visual and operational directives.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
- Demonstrable customer‑service orientation with experience interacting directly with clients.
- Resident in the province of the vacancy (San Sebastián) or able to commute reliably.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for beauty trends, brands and product application.

Experience
