Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise by educating clients on beauty products, techniques, and application methods to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor industry trends and stay current with new beauty products, techniques, and seasonal offerings to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding assigned sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment

Qualifications
