Sephora in San Ramon, CA is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations and drive sales (Beauty Advisor, San Ramon).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment that welcomes diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Fulfill required scheduling commitments, including availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Strong passion for beauty, trends and product discovery.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge rapidly and confidently share recommendations.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for stock and merchandising tasks.

Experience
