Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and conversion targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment that welcomes diverse clients and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Fulfill required scheduling commitments, including availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Strong passion for beauty, trends and product discovery.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Ability to learn product knowledge rapidly and confidently share recommendations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for stock and merchandising tasks.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or hospitality experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop client relationships is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
