Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations aligned with each client's needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Monitor and communicate the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant and current advice
• Drive sales results and key performance indicators while maintaining Sephora's high service standards
• Support inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring all clients and colleagues feel valued and empowered
• Uphold Sephora company policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling availability, including peak retail operations (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments with demonstrated ability to provide excellent service
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics trends, and empowering client confidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Team player mentality with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environments
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge rapidly
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level retail or hospitality experience in a client-focused environment is preferred; however, candidates with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated passion for beauty may be considered with minimal prior experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further beauty education or certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.60 to USD 26 per hour.
