Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and solutions
- Maintain awareness of current beauty industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide relevant, contemporary advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining authentic client relationships
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
