Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits, and routines.
- Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, on-trend advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere that supports team objectives and client belonging.
- Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment.
- Quick learner with aptitude for acquiring and sharing product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles is preferred but not required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
