Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and regimens.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel more confident.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset with the ability to learn and share product knowledge.
- Availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts and to meet minimum weekly scheduling requirements (part-time: 15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environments is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
