Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in San Juan, PR — part-time hourly role paying $16.60–$22.00/hr. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and ensure a clean, organised and inviting salesfloor.
  • Uphold company policies and store standards to create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and promote inclusivity among colleagues and clients.
  • Be punctual and reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or a client-facing setting.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, product trends and customer empowerment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluent consultative manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling (including nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
