Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and ensure a clean, organised and inviting salesfloor.
- Uphold company policies and store standards to create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture and promote inclusivity among colleagues and clients.
- Be punctual and reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or a client-facing setting.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, product trends and customer empowerment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluent consultative manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment and meet sales targets.
- Availability for flexible scheduling (including nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
