The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales targets and store presentation, and fosters an inclusive shopping experience at Sephora. This is a part-time, permanent role with a schedule of 15–29 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Educate and empower clients by sharing product expertise.
- Keep up with current beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an open, inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, enjoyable shopping experience.

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, including peak retail periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.
