Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and skincare solutions
- Maintain current knowledge of the latest beauty products and industry trends to provide relevant, timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales performance targets and key performance indicators
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment

Qualifications
