Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise through educational conversations that empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide timely and relevant advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding assigned targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
