Sephora seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor in San Francisco to provide personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and inclusive client experiences while supporting sales goals, inventory, merchandising, and store standards. The permanent role is scheduled for 30–40 hours per week and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
