Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Stay informed of latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and meet or exceed key performance indicators and sales goals
- Maintain store presentation through inventory support, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
