Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients through expert product knowledge and beauty trend guidance
- Maintain comprehensive store presentation through inventory support, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through client engagement and recommendations
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that prioritizes client experience
