Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and product benefits.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide up-to-date advice and drive client retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and floor presentation to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Prior customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a comparable client-service environment preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level. Previous retail or hospitality client-facing experience is preferred but not required; ability to rapidly learn and communicate product knowledge is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry certification is a plus.
