Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales and key performance indicators through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the store remains clean, organized and inviting.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Support a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; collaborate with colleagues to meet store objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and retail security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly shift commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment (preferred).
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed in a retail environment.
  • Quick learner who can absorb product knowledge and translate it into client recommendations.

Experience
