Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that respond to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Maintain visual standards: support merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and ensure a clean, welcoming salesfloor.
- Keep abreast of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide current, relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting Sephora’s standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing tasks for extended periods.
