The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals, and helps maintain an inclusive, well-merchandised store environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with a schedule of 30–40 hours per week; hourly pay is $20.85–$23.98, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific business factors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise by sharing knowledge that educates and empowers clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
  • Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
  • Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
  • Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

  • Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
