Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and applications
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, seasonal collections, and new product launches to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators while maintaining Sephora's high service standards
