Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet clients’ skincare, makeup and fragrance needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform in-store demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through active selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain effective merchandising, inventory control and a clean, welcoming sales floor presentation.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.

Qualifications

- Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part-time scheduling.
