Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet clients’ skincare, makeup and fragrance needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and perform in-store demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through active selling and client follow-up.
  • Maintain effective merchandising, inventory control and a clean, welcoming sales floor presentation.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.

  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part-time scheduling.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
