Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower customers.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor; support merchandising and inventory activities.
- Uphold store standards, policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues and promoting a respectful workplace.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as required for peak retail operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product-driven education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and translate product knowledge into clear recommendations.
- Availability for flexible scheduling and dependable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
