Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to build long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance products and application techniques.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and conversion objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Stay current on industry trends, new product launches and brand stories to provide relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer service skills preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role: prior experience in retail or other client-facing environments is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.85 to USD 23.98 per hour.
