Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
• Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
• Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through confident product positioning and client engagement
• Maintain store aesthetics through inventory management, merchandising execution, and consistent upkeep of a clean and organized sales environment
• Cultivate an inclusive team environment and promote a culture of openness where all clients and colleagues feel valued and empowered
• Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and current beauty trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative team player comfortable in goal-oriented and inclusive work settings
• Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and sharing product knowledge
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Skills

Experience

Beginner to entry-level retail or hospitality experience is preferred; however, candidates with a strong passion for beauty and proven ability to deliver excellent customer service may be considered with minimal prior experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
