Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding store KPIs and individual targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies for a safe customer experience.
  • Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays to support peak retail operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service in retail, hospitality or client-focused roles preferred.
