Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one‑on‑one beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through application, sampling and education to empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trends, new product launches and brand innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through client engagement, follow‑up and conversion strategies.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and store standards to ensure a clean, organized and inspiring shopping environment.
