Sephora in Samut Prakan, Thailand hires a Beauty Advisor to deliver expert consultations, makeup services and meet in‑store sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and makeup services that create exceptional in-store experiences and deepen customer loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and retail KPIs through proactive selling, conversion and effective use of link, up‑sell and cross‑sell techniques.
- Maintain impeccable presentation of the selling floor: merchandise zoning, replenishment, gondola and drawer cleanliness, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Support cashier operations after completion of certification training; follow company cashiering procedures and CRM processes to protect customers and prevent fraud.
- Comply with hygiene, safety and product handling regulations; implement product trials, demonstrations and gift‑wrapping to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in stock control activities including receiving, transfers, FIFO rotation of near‑expiry items, inventory counts and timely record keeping.
- Complete Sephora University training and brand/area trainings; share best practice with colleagues and contribute to team learning and development.
Qualifications
- Thai national.
- Minimum secondary school (high school) diploma or equivalent.
- Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Effective communicator and team player who enjoys a collaborative retail environment.
- Previous experience in cosmetics or retail is advantageous but not required.

Entry‑level role; previous retail or beauty experience is a plus but not mandatory. Requires readiness to work on the shop floor and participate in continuous training.
Education
