Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product applications
• Stay current with latest beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
• Drive sales results and key performance indicators while maintaining alignment with Sephora's service standards
• Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members and clients feel valued and empowered
• Uphold Sephora policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
• Work flexible scheduling including peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing service experience demonstrating excellent customer service capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and fashion trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-driven environments
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing complex product knowledge
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Entry-level retail or hospitality experience in a client-focused environment is preferred; candidates demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty may be considered with minimal or no prior experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal post-secondary education required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
