Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise across Sephora's beauty assortment to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to deliver timely and relevant advisory
- Support achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators through relationship-building and consultative selling
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards; support inventory management and stockkeeping
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming retail environment that celebrates diversity and fosters team collaboration
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused customer service experience
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, and current beauty trends
