Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to provide relevant advice.

Qualifications

  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing sales is preferred but not required; Sephora welcomes candidates who demonstrate strong customer service aptitude and a passion for beauty.
