Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs through consultative selling and client relationship development.
- Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s standards, policies and safety procedures.
- Work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ensure consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Rapid learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required in retail.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
