Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s individual needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs through consultative selling and client relationship development.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming store environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s standards, policies and safety procedures.
  • Work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ensure consistent attendance.

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
