Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and apply make-up, skincare and fragrance knowledge to inspire purchases and drive conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value through suggestive selling and loyalty enrolment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are replenished, tidy and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and assist with stock handling and inventory tasks.
- Participate in onboarding, in-store training and brand/product education to maintain up-to-date product expertise.
- Actively support store initiatives, promotional events and the expansion project referenced for the ECI Salamanca location.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company operational procedures on site.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in beauty retail, cosmetics counters or related customer-facing beauty roles.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Residence within the province of the vacancy (Salamanca) or ability to commute regularly to the store.
- Strong client orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrable passion for the beauty sector.
- Availability to work a part-time, on-site retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods.

Education
