Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through on‑floor demonstrations and by educating clients on application techniques and product benefits.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and merchandising standards to provide relevant advice and maintain client loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, client follow‑up and participation in promotional activity.
- Support store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service in retail, hospitality or customer‑facing roles; previous beauty retail experience is an asset.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with an eagerness to learn and share expertise.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and punctual attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level. Previous retail, hospitality or client‑service experience is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Post‑secondary or certificate in cosmetology/esthetics is an asset.
