Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and curated product recommendations aligned with each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate in-depth product expertise by educating clients on beauty innovations, application techniques, and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of new product launches, beauty trends, and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice that encourages client loyalty
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting the client's journey of trust
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and in-store displays to ensure the environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail beauty or luxury goods environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, emerging trends, and personal confidence in the sector
