Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate expertise in beauty products, educating and empowering clients throughout their beauty journey
- Stay informed of emerging beauty trends, techniques, and products to deliver relevant and current advice
- Drive sales results by exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail space
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment where all colleagues and clients feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure shopping experience
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance during assigned shifts, including peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
