Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, innovations, and industry trends
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and exceptional client service
- Support store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming retail experience

Qualifications
