Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Provide expert product recommendations grounded in comprehensive product knowledge and beauty trends
- Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and skincare routines to empower confident purchasing decisions
- Monitor and communicate latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to maintain relevance and drive repeat clientele
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building
- Support inventory management, merchandise displays, and store cleanliness to maintain an inviting retail environment
