Sephora Rouen is hiring a Beauty Advisor (part‑time, fixed‑term) — join the team at Les Docks to advise clients and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, deliver personalised consultations and recommend Sephora product and service solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Drive sales and conversion by translating expert advice into transactions and proactively proposing complementary products and services.
  • Create a memorable in‑store experience by delivering high standards of hospitality, product demonstration and client care.
  • Contribute to store merchandising and visual standards to ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in store events, commercial challenges and team initiatives to support local traffic and sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commercial orientation and demonstrable ability to convert advice into sales.
  • Energetic, attentive to detail and comfortable working as part of a retail team.
  • Availability to work a 25‑hour weekly schedule and flexibility for retail shift patterns, including peak trading hours.

Experience
