Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Roseville, MN—flex part-time retail role with $19.80–$22.90/hr and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and product applications
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, new product launches, and emerging beauty techniques to inform client guidance
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture that empowers team members and celebrates diversity
- Adhere to Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
- Demonstrate reliability through punctuality and consistent attendance during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships

Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments; previous beauty or cosmetics retail experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education in cosmetology, esthetics, or related beauty fields is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
