Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage and techniques to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory, restocking and product presentation to support conversion.
- Stay current with product launches, beauty trends and brand knowledge to provide authoritative advice.
- Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming sales floor that upholds company policies and store standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support cross-functional store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with genuine enthusiasm for product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly and consultatively.
- Reliable availability for retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules.

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for merchandising and inventory tasks.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-specific certifications are a plus.
